That Feeling

That Feeling

Thoughts : Creating this quote image was a blissful and fulfilling time spent.
The mind was very silent yet there was this urge to share with you.
And give words to how that silence felt. That is how the following came up …

When the mind wanders
And rests at the same time

They are the kind of moments
Where solitude and silence are present

Even when there are people around
And life continues from one day into the other

There is so much clearing within & a lot of awareness
The urge to say anything seems very less

Just like how your gaze and your mind wanders
Through those mountains, valleys and endless skies
Yet there is a stillness in mind that fills the eyes …

I love the feeling
When the mind wanders
And rests at the same time

Solitude

Solitude

The challenge is to truly breathe
&
Be alone in the mind

When in Solitude

P.S. This quote had come to me in response to a blog post by The Chatter Blog I love this blog and you will too. Her illustrations are just awesome. Her message profound yet full of lightness, simplicity & often fun.

The Continuum

The journey begins - sunrise hour at Govindnagar beach - Havelock - revised version - 1F8A1233

When some conflicting energies were caused
A seemingly positive momentum got paused
All paradigms got shuffled and tossed
The heart and mind buckled & distressed

There seems no choice looking back
…yet there is no seeming lack
As if unbeknownst suspended mid-air
…yet seemingly held by emerging faith

A new place of no momentum
…yet assured of some continuum
As if all there seems to be is deceleration
…yet a knowing of tremendous forward motion

You become acutely aware
That you are simply on a flow
The current is calm and slow
You stir your way like you fully know

Then when boredom sets in
You insist on rocking the boat
You seek the adventure & thrill
And then scramble to stay afloat

…That is exactly how you most rapidly grow.

The Pause

Relentless it is surely
Either Life itself or else its me!
Any opportunity to pause
Makes me ponder its cause
As if there is wrongness
In any kind of nothingness

The moments of pure joy
Become so fleeting
Because of eternal wanting
The perfection of manifestation
Becomes so overwhelming
Can freeze all functioning
Can make all thinking stall
As if floored at having it all
Its essence then lost in more yearning

The tiresome and tireless crusades
To scrape the facades
All the work put in until now
To get to our truth somehow
Shows up as the present-life landscape

The line that marks the world Inner and Outer
Begins to continually blur
Finally revealing soul to soul relations
A mark of worldly or unworldly perfection
Yet lingers that sense of limitations
As if being victim of conditioning & conditions
Is a more comfortable position

If you really look into the pause
Take time to digest and take stock
You will find exactly all that
You have earnestly sought

Quit being busy looking at what was lost
As if there was a cost
You know very well now
You ask and you receive somehow
Once again you set sail
Knowing what to attain without fail …
