Hello Beautiful Beings,

I am Pragalbha Doshi (just Pragalbha or PD to some friends), born in India & live in California, USA. I am a yoga teacher at work, and at home, I am a mom to my 2 boys, wife, daughter, sister, cousin, friend and all those hats that I have fun wearing!

It seems though that I would not completely identify with any of those roles and there’s always more to each one of us, an infinite way of living or being. I am relentless in my pursuit of finding what feels truly joyful and in the process breaking personal barriers, big and small, each day.

I am here to express what seems to flow from somewhere inside of me …life that has touched me too deep or the one that keeps me light and buoyant. There’s times when I am not that bright and others when I am at my most powerful in my choice. So welcome to Infinite Living, to find out if something trickles down slow in your heart or just goes straight, to change something in you! Oh ya and definitely help me grow 🙂

    I cannot commend your enough for the level of honesty, courage, appreciation and freedom you express in your writing. I mean literally :D. So I guess I will just keep reading as soon as you post something new!

When I stumbled on your blog posts …they felt like my affirmations …like I could be doing things right.
