The challenge is to truly breathe
&
Be alone in the mind
When in Solitude
P.S. This quote had come to me in response to a blog post by The Chatter Blog I love this blog and you will too. Her illustrations are just awesome. Her message profound yet full of lightness, simplicity & often fun.

What we do to live is just superficial breathing. To truly breathe is what very few people do. Yet another profound quote from your pen Pragalbha!

I love the combination of breath, the alone in the mind, and solitude. It gives a picture of utter peace and balance….if achieved! 🙂

You got the picture I am looking at 🙂
The peaceful balance is gorgeous if achieved …or else we are just not alone, there’s more people living in our head!

I cannot agree more. My mind is always busy chattering about a zillion topics that it can cover nineteen to a dozen. I sure know that it is not a good thing specially when focus is the need. It felt like this one was for me, Pragalbha.
