No
I won’t flaunt
But you see
I won’t any more
Hide

No
I won’t be proud
But you see
I won’t any more
Just stay on the side

No
I won’t lose any preciousness
Any more, in having to prove it
To every one and any one
I will just Be it

      • You are adorable Infinite Living, there was never a reason for flaunt or hiding, you can be very proud of yourself, and if you give your preciousness to other people, you will get back other preciousness and lot of love from the one who loves you most. I hope, that in future you will be able to write the same wonderful poems, but happy ones….: )

          • ohh, this makes me really happy!! You see, it starts already. We exchanged love…. ) and both are feeling better…and really I cannot see lovable persons suffering. I know, if you are feeling sad, you need to, ( I experience this by myself resently from time to time) But never forget to focus afterwords all the good things left and take all the love somebody gives you. If once your body is filled up with love, there is no space anymore for sadness!

            • Yes, happiness indeed! 🙂 This poem actually doesn’t reflect any current sadness for me …it is more a realization of how over the years in the past I have spent energy hiding, staying aside or simply trying to prove. Thankfully I am way more comfortable and confident now …and I allow myself to receive from kind souls like you so I keep my space replenished 🙂 Grateful to be in beautiful company my friend.

  16. Such an excellent poem.. Filled with insights into how we spend a life time trying to please others. When all we have to do is BE ourselves and love what we do.. And you finished it off perfectly

  17. no you should not only try to please, because your are lovely like you are. I tried to and I think I failed. Anyway you can not force somebody to like you.
