Gratitude Attitude

My gratitude is not my weakness
My softening at heart not my meekness

My gratitude was once my survival
My breaking down was emerge & arrival

My gratitude is now my treasure
My attitude by which I measure

My gratitude is actually my strength
My existence made magnificent at length

My gratitude propels my life velocity
My refuge it is to contain life’s intensity

My gratitude is not my neediness
My choice it is to stay connected with Oneness

P.S. Dear Debbie, please accept this Gratitude poem as a contribution to ForgivingFridays

  1. Oh this is so beautiful! Gratitude is one of my keys for living in love best I can. πŸ™‚

I know I mention this a lot, and it’s because your poems are so related to forgiveness – would you like to contribute this post to Forgiving Fridays? That would be lovely. If yes, just include #ForgivingFridays in your tags & include a pingback to the latest Forgiving Fridays post: https://forgivingconnects.com/2017/08/18/todays-forgiving-fridays-loving-it-all/

Bless you. Keep on being grateful – and thanks again. Great post.

  3. Gratitude is a fundamental part of happiness. We always look to the future and live in a society that tells us to forever strive for more. Being thankful for what you have is not a weakness or a sense of loss ambition; it is a true sense of positivity.
